Rochelle Fields

Mrs. Rochelle Fields has established herself as a distinguished expert in small business and commercial banking, with a career spanning over two decades. Formerly serving as a loan specialist at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), she played a pivotal role in supporting small businesses affected by natural disasters by appropriating loan funding for losses and damages. Her expertise is further recognized through her membership in industry-related organizations, such as The National Society of Leadership and Success and the American Business Women's Association.

Before being promoted to her former role at the SBA, Mrs. Fields was a supervisor from 2020 to 2024. Before that, she served as a business banking relationship manager II at ESL Federal Credit Union from 2017 to 2019, following her initial role at the firm as a business banking relationship manager from 2015 to 2017.

Mrs. Fields' career journey also includes her position as director of business lending at PathStone Corporation from 2013 to 2015, where she was instrumental in expanding access to capital for underserved communities. In 2013, she briefly held the position of SBA credit officer and vice president at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Her earlier experience includes working as a small business administration analyst at M&T Bank from 2006 to 2013 and as a document prep specialist for the preceding three years.

 

Educationally, Mrs. Fields's achievements have been foundational to her success, earning a Master of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York in 2012, an accomplishment she regards as one of her most notable achievements. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the same institution. Currently pursuing a doctorate in organizational management at National University, she continues to expand her knowledge and skills.

 

In addition to her academic pursuits, Mrs. Fields has obtained several certifications that have enhanced her professional capabilities. On January 24, 2025, Mrs. Fields was selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who 2025 – 2026 publication. She became certified in commercial loans to small businesses in 2016 and earned an economic development financial professional certification in 2014.

 

In her spare time, Mrs. Fields enjoys traveling, watching her son play sports, reading, and baking.
