Confidentiality of Information
All personal, identifying, and sensitive information shared in mentoring or life coaching sessions is treated as confidential. Mentors, coaches, and staff are required to uphold strict standards of privacy.

HIPAA & Protected Health Information (PHI)
While DJ Collaboratives does not provide medical services, we follow principles consistent with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to safeguard any health-related information that may be shared voluntarily by participants. Such information will not be disclosed without written consent, except where required by law.

Mandatory Reporting
In compliance with state and federal laws, confidentiality may be broken if there is disclosure of:-
Harm or potential harm to self or others

Suspected abuse or neglect of a minor or vulnerable adult

A court order requiring the release of information

Information collected through applications, workshops, or coaching sessions is used solely to improve services and support participants’ growth. We do not sell or share personal information with outside organizations.
