Elissa Fleming 

Elissa Fleming is the Chief Operating Officer of DJ Collaborative LLC, a dynamic mentorship and leadership program designed to empower young women ages 13–30 to step into their greatness. A bridge builder at her core, Elissa connects people to opportunities, resources, and the belief that they can thrive. She draws from both lived experience and professional expertise to design transformational programs that nurture confidence, resilience, and purpose.

With a background shaped by adversity and a life rebuilt on healing and perseverance, Elissa has turned her journey into a mission: to create pathways where others can flourish. She is known for developing impactful curricula, innovative community outreach initiatives, and culturally responsive programs that address the emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of individuals and families.

Her work extends beyond mentorship to confronting systemic challenges such as homelessness and human trafficking in the Rochester area, where she builds authentic partnerships, mobilizes communities, and creates spaces of safety and possibility.

 

Elissa leads with vision, compassion, and intentionality. More than a strategist, she is a living testimony that restoration is real and that purpose can rise from even the most painful places. She remains steadfast in her commitment to equipping the next generation with the tools, confidence, and hope they need to break barriers and thrive.
